1. Since when are you playing Neo Geo, and on which one (AES, CD, MVS) ?
I started playing Neo Geo games since 1994 but these were on the Genesis, Saturn and PS1. KOF 95 was really the game that made me fall in love with the whole Neo scene. I had a copy for my Ps1
and played it almost everyday even with the load times. After the saturn came out I would buy imports of SS4 KOF 96-97, I thought it was the best thing in the world. Around 2003 I decided to buy
a Neo Cd as I still couldnt afford the AES version. One day the CD crapped on me so I sold everything, but still kept the broken system. I strayed away from the scene just buying ps2 ports here
and there. It wasnt until 3 months ago that I was looking into buying a AES system, I mean hey im a grown up now I can afford this shit, right! So did some searching and was amazed that this
thing still sells for 300 and up. One day I found a guy on craigslist selling a Neo Cab and jumped at the offer. I can say that finally I am playing a true arcade version of KOF 95, took that
long but it was worth it.

I first had ago on Neo Geo around a year ago, id never heard of one before. Since then ive brought a cab and use this around a hour or two a month to test games i purchase.

Has of yet i cant honestly say ive played 5 good games for the Neo Geo so.....

at least two of everything (all paired with a TV). I built a fortress out of them, a fortress of colorful gaming goodness that could protect me and give me seizures all at the same time

1. Depuis quand jouez vous à la Neo Geo, et sur quel support (AES, CD, MVS) ?
j'ai découvert le support AES vers 1994, chez un copain, ça a été la grosse claque. un peu plus tard, j'ai testé le nouveau format Neo CD en boutique, avec ses loadings monstrueux qui ont
achevé mon enthousiasme. et puis le support cd pour du Neo Geo, c'est beaucoup moins classe, alors qu'une grosse cartouche, ça c'est bandant.
j'ai craqué fin 2009 pour une Neo AES jap moddée unibios, pour assouvir ce fantasme latent de ma jeunesse, et rejouer à ces jeux mythiques de vs fighting. je me considère comme un esthét'
donc le format MVS n'a pas trouvé grâce à mes yeux de collectionneur.

ma console préférée est la dreamcast (jap) pour la quantité énorme de jeux de shoots et vs fighting Sega, Capcom, et SNK et aussi retrouver ce style arcade-gaming : une petite partie de 20 mn,
sans sauvegarde de données.
ça peut paraître à l'opposé mais j'ai aussi acquis récemment une N64 (us) pour me replonger dans les titres qui m'ont marqué en 1997-1998 : de la plate-forme, Zelda et des excellents
Doom-like.
à côté de ça, j'ai toutes les consoles Nintendo sorties depuis la N64 : Gamecube, GBA, DS, Wii (ben oui, j'ai des gamins à éduquer, donc je leur donne surtout du Mario à bouffer, c'est soft et ça
passe bien)
ma passion pour Sega m'a aussi conduit à reprendre une Megadrive cette année, toujours pour retourner dans cette époque où j'ai baigné dedans.
4. Quel jeu rêveriez vous de voir sortir sur Neo Geo ?
malheureusement j'ai perdu mes rêves et mes illusions de ce côté là... rien de spécial. ou alors comme ça a été dit, un vs fighting / cross-over des éditeurs Neo Geo, ce serait
sympa.
5. Pour vous, quel est le jeu le plus rare de la Neo Geo?
the Ultimate 11 en version pal (= Super Side Kicks 4 en jap)
