Choose a winning pose: After a victory, hold A, B, C, or D to choose a pose.

Fight Kyo & Iori: After the fight with Krizalid, you have to score a minimum of 200 points to fight Iori and 280 to fight Kyo. This is possible only if you're playing with an "official" team.

Unlock Kyo Kusanagi & Iori Iagami: Start a Team Battle and let the roulette choose your characters. If you get at least one of the three characters listed below, win the fight with this team 

For Kyo: K', Maxima, Benimaru, Shingo, Kyo-1, Kyo-2, Whip

For Iori: Athena, Bao, Jhun, Kasumi, Kim, Leona, XianFei.

Play Kyo Kusanagi: After unlocking him, start a new game. Then on the character select, put the cursor on 'roulette'. Hold START, then press ← → ↑ ← ↓ → . Kyo appears in the corresponding slot.

Play Iori Iagami: After unlocking him, start a new game. Then on the character select, put the cursor on 'roulette'. Hold START, then press  → ← ↑ → ↓ ← . Iori appears in the corresponding slot.
